These Terms govern your use of the Sapiendex platform ("Platform"), operated by [YOUR REGISTERED ENTITY NAME], a company incorporated in India ("we", "us").

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the billing cycle selected at signup, via Razorpay.
Feature add-ons selected after initial signup take effect from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
Work product created by experts through the Platform for client organisations is subject to the separate engagement agreement executed with that client.

Privacy Policy

We collect: account details (name, email, phone), entity details (legal name, GSTIN/PAN where provided), billing and payment metadata (not full card/bank details — those are handled directly by Razorpay), and platform usage data.

We use this data to: operate your account, process payments, verify expert credentials, comply with legal obligations, and — only where you have separately opted in — send product updates.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with: Razorpay (payment processing), Supabase (database/auth infrastructure), and client organisations strictly to the extent needed to deliver a service you or your entity has signed up for.
